We are seeking a highly organized and experienced secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the General Manager's calendar and schedule appointments
2. Organize and maintain files and records
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
4. Handle travel arrangements and accommodation
5. Screen phone calls and emails
6. Manage office supplies and equipment
7. Provide general administrative support to the team
8. Liaise with clients and partners
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Discretion and confidentiality
