Job Title: Application Support Specialist for IT, EN/German (B2)

As the Nearshore IT center's headquarters, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide application support for the company's IT services (Identity Management application) and other Digital People Solutions platforms.
* Manage incidents and provide controlling services to providers.
* Resolve incidents within supported applications, including queries and service requests.
* Act as a single point of contact, ensuring an end-to-end customer experience by providing 2nd and 3rd-line support for access services within DPS.
* Handle data using access management interfaces and batch file operations.
* Perform data analysis and reporting.
* Document all relevant application support information, including the creation of use cases and identifying improvements or old documentation.
* Share knowledge within the team regarding applications and supported activities.
Requirements
* Fluency in English and German (B2 level).
* Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management platforms and Digital People Solutions platforms.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
