We are looking for one Demand Planner to integrate Nespresso, in the Supply Chain team. Your main mission will be to ensure that the right product is ready at the right time, at the right place, in good conditions, while minimizing cost & waste.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Communicate weekly stock alert to local departments;Update, analyze and control business reports, check files and KPIs for operational processes, identify areas of possible improvement, and take corrective measures;Master Data Updates;Implement improvements to Demand Planning processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc.);Evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions on product-launch dates that require to be revised;Manage operational issues and ensure new launches availability at all warehouses;Manage events in close relationship with local departments;ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or Commercial or similarFluency in the English languageExperience with a planning tool is an asset (InterMarket, SAP/APO, etc.)Excellent understanding of the Planning area, its role and mission and good understanding of the Supply Chain area (especially customer service & transports functions)Proficiency in ExcelCommunication skills and orientation to detailProactivity and quick thinkingAnalytical skills and critical thinking
