Who Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a AI Operations Specialist who can embed AI into every part of our agency—internally and client-facing.
From optimizing workflows to enhancing deliverables, you'll operationalize AI not as a gimmick, but as a force multiplier for performance, scale, and creative excellence.
You're both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer.
You understand how to get buy-in, build systems, and ship automations that stick.

Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Leadership • Design and execute a scalable AI strategy across departments and client services.
• Champion an AI-first culture that inspires curiosity, learning, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly AI initiatives and measure impact.
Internal Systems & Automation • Identify and implement AI tools to optimize workflows for content creation, QA, reporting, data analysis, onboarding, and more.
• Build AI-powered SOPs and automations that save time and improve quality.
• Integrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, and Airtable into our stack.
Client-Facing Innovation • Enhance client deliverables through AI—copy optimization, subject line generation, product tagging, segmentation, and personalization.
• Explore future service offerings powered by AI and assist with pilot programs.
• Support strategists and creatives in using AI to amplify their work (not replace it).
Enablement & Change Management • Train internal teams on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Create knowledge hubs, templates, prompts, and recorded walkthroughs.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered systems through ongoing support and feedback loops.
Data, Security & Ethics • Set clear guidelines for ethical and secure AI use across the org.
• Stay current on LLM updates, prompt engineering trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Success Metrics • 20%+ improvement in key workflow efficiency metrics (e.g., creative turnaround, QA time, data analysis speed).
• 80%+ team adoption of core AI workflows within 3 months.
• At least 3 fully AI-powered workflows shipped per quarter.
• Documented cost savings and/or client revenue gains through AI initiatives.
Who Will Succeed in This Role?
