As a Procurement & Production Coordinator at Rovo Assembly, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, production scheduling, and alignment between procurement and manufacturing. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong administrative and coordination skills to oversee procurement processes, track production timelines, and maintain optimal stock levels. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Procurement Management
Oversee and manage procurement processes, including supplier communication, order placement, and purchase order (SPO) creation.Maintain and update procurement and production records in PHC, including article registration, pricing, and SKU creation.Assist in cost negotiations with suppliers to maintain budgetary control while upholding quality standards. Track stock levels, analyze inventory performance, and propose restocking strategies to ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods.
Production CoordinationCoordinate production schedules with factories, ensuring alignment with forecasted demands and delivery deadlines.Collaborate with the Product Development and Production teams to ensure accurate specifications and cost alignment. Supplier & Factory Performance Management
Monitor supplier and factory performance, identifying potential delays or risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions for enhanced operational effectiveness. Data & Documentation
Ensure all procurement and production data is accurately documented and aligned with company workflows.Maintain detailed documentation to support operational transparency and efficiency. Process Improvement

Experience in procurement, supply chain, or production coordination, ideally within the garment or textile industry.Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in using ERP or supply chain management systems (PHC or similar preferred).Ability to analyze stock levels, production timelines, and supplier performance.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and factory interactions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address production challenges.Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
