* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
* Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
* Supply management with information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
* Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (a plus).
* Strong experience in Sales department.
* Proactive, organized, result-driven, team player, hungry to grow and learn, resilient.
