Senior Manager, Supply Chain PMO Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain PMO team. This critical role will oversee the portfolio of projects related to supply chain execution, driving business process improvement and transformation across our 23 entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Dotted line management of Project Managers and Members, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
* Chair Program Boards and Project Reviews, promoting best practices and consistency across teams.
* Coordinate Executive team review meetings, providing oversight and review of project progress.
* Develop and maintain Issue and Risk indicators, detailing potential issues and risks with respective actions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering, with 8+ years' experience in Finance/Project management/Supply Chain leadership.
* Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects and leading a Project Management team through delivery in a complex environment.
* Effective change management skills, with a proven track record of managing change while maintaining high standards of quality.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to manage teams, work effectively with others, and develop new approaches.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and engage individuals and teams.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
