A global company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of products and solutions for the energy and telecommunications industries, search for a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager.You will report to the General Manager and you will have the mission ensure the best standards in terms of process flow involving the entire logistics chain, including quality, efficiency, delivery and cost management of products and services.Role and Responsibilities:Identify and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency; Train and manage the team of staff who will be working in the Supply Chain environment; Monitorization of Supply Chain Performance to ensure that it meets the company's overall strategic goals; Implementation of a sustainable culture of continuous improvement, improving supply chain processes and efficiency; Review and research customer needs and implement the best method of approach to fulfil them; Know suppliers' locations, production facilities, distribution centres, to set up the distribution network; Monitorization the management of transport and distribution, ensuring delivery on time and in perfect condition; Ensure the material flow in the plant, accordingly with the production schedule.
Create a delivery system that ensures optimization of shipments to customers or other manufacturers for subsequent use within the stipulated time and conditions; Follow Up and ensure the suppliers delivery accordingly with the conditions defined; Manage the budget of the department and implement relevants KPI's.
Skills and Qualifications:Master in Engineer Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Business Management or similar; At least 5 years' relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, in an industrial or consultancy context; Solid knowledge on the implementation of continuous improvement processes; Language: Fluency in English, French desirable; Knowledge and management with ERP, modules of suplly chain/ logisticis.
