Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a Continuous Improvement project within our European organization.
Your Role
* As Project Lead, you will be a member of the European Continuous Improvement Team, supporting Customer Experience in Europe.
* You will manage cross-functional projects, providing technical expertise to senior/executive management and identifying improvement opportunities.
* You will analyze data to identify root causes of issues, define requirements, and interpret complex information to influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Challenge existing processes, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities.
* Effectively lead strategic projects from ideation to completion.
* Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
* Provide management reports on progress, risks, and results.
* Plan resources efficiently.
* Provide technical expertise and conduct root cause analysis.

* Project management experience and results orientation.
* Strong business analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into PowerPoint presentations.
* Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
