Responsibilities
* Manage multiple international accounts across Europe.
* Continually report and analyze data to inform insight and deliver quick-impact actions to ensure process adherence and maintenance.
* Secure and onboard new accounts to deliver incremental growth and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Assist in developing best practices across the Account Management function.
* Report directly to management.
* Support colleagues and implement best practices across the business.
Requirements
* Fluency in Portuguese, English, and other European languages.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting over phone, email, online, and in-person meetings.
* Strong planning and organization skills.
* Valid team player.
* Negotiation competencies.
* Proficiency in Office and Excel.
* Data analysis experience; knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
