Key Responsibilities:
• Work on internal and customer initiatives in Public Cloud ERP.
• Provide support to both customers and internal SAP Teams.
• Work with a team of other consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey.
• Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the consulting and/or support business.
• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen.
• Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented.
• Flexibility and proven ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese. Spanish is a nice to have.
About the Team:
The EMEA Public Cloud Team supports customers with SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Services. Our aim is to help our customers create and sustain long term success from their SAP investments.
• Act as trusted advisors for Internal SAP Stakeholders and Customers with a focus on Customer Success.
• Support and help to accelerate SAP's Cloud Strategy to our Customers.
• Provide holistic view of the Customers Cloud Transformation Journey by bridging the gap between business capabilities and technology enablers.
• Support and discover new Customer opportunities for SAP Cloud offerings.
Location:
SAP is not offering international relocation benefits for this role currently. Only candidates who have legal authorization to work in Portugal and are currently based in Portugal will be considered.
