Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, manage calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
* Assist with corporate events and projects, serve as a liaison between executives and staff
* Conduct research, upload and compile data for decision-making
* Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
* Coordinate with IT, handle correspondence, and maintain a clean office environment
* Plan and coordinate office events, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage office budget and expenses
* Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
* Over 5 years of experience in similar roles
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
