Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled PPLTL&VAVE to join our team at Forvia, a leading company in sustainable mobility technology. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the production of new products/projects in a production plant.
The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
* Lead and participate in projects in the industrialization phase and manage schedule and capacity for parts production.
* Plan, receive and validate/optimize assembly devices, tools and equipment.
* Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process analysis.
* Follow-up targets for the KPIs and work packages of products and process development.
* Support the launch of new products.
* Introduce product know-how to the program core team.
* Assure all objectives in terms of costs, deliveries and quality for new projects to launch.
* Responsible for all new projects accuracy data (BOMs, Routings, Drawings).
* Responsible to identify opportunities of productivity that will lead to cost reductions in terms of Process, Product, MOD, Manufacturing, in order to ensure budget VAVE targets.
* Pilot PDCA's and ensure its implementation together with the operational teams to achieve the cost reduction opportunities.
* Ensure the accurate reports of Plant's VAVE global status maintaining updated information.
* Ensure the follow-up of product engineering changes with ECR's team.
* Organize workshops, brainstorming and studies with multifunctional teams in order to identify new VAVE actions.
Your profile and competencies to succeed:
* Degree in Engineering or other related fields.
* Ideally, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive industry).
