Job Title: Scrum Master Lead
Nmbrs is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master Lead to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead our Scrum Chapter, standardising and streamlining scrum practices across the organisation while promoting collaboration and alignment between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Scrum Chapter: Define and implement a unified vision for scrum practices across Nmbrs, ensuring consistency while respecting individuality of teams.
* Mentor and Guide: Support scrum masters by mentoring, sharing best practices, and facilitating skill development in agile methodologies.
* Standardise and Align: Develop and roll out structured guidelines and frameworks to ensure all scrum teams move in the same direction, fostering synergy and collaboration.
* Facilitate Retrospectives: Teach teams how to conduct effective and efficient retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Champion Agile Excellence: Promote agile principles across technical and non-technical squads, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Enhance Tools and Processes: Maximize the potential of Atlassian tools, like Jira and Confluence, to improve and support agile workflows.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* PSM I, II or CSM certification.
* Experience in SaaS industries.
* A deep understanding of Scrum and other agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with agile tools and metrics.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills—proactive, persuasive, and able to earn team buy-in.
* Enthusiastic, humble, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate organisational nuances.
* Excellent coaching and mentoring capabilities.
* Conflict resolution expertise.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

* Gross annual salary: €45,000 - €56,000 (including holiday allowance).
