Job Description:
Our company, {company}, is seeking a highly motivated and organized PMO - IT Tooling professional to join our team in Porto.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on project governance processes, developing documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Monitor and document project governance processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols;
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and governance frameworks;
* Organize and coordinate specifications, testing activities, and meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged;
* Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration;
* Proactively identify potential project issues or roadblocks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution;
* Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, decisions, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability;
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as 1-3 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
