IFS Developer
We are seeking a skilled IFS Developer to join our project in the pharmaceutical sector.
About the Role:
In this role, you will develop, customize, and maintain our IFS Applications to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the IFS ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and customize IFS Applications using IFS Developer Studio, including creating custom fields, logical units, and Aurena pages.
* Implement and modify business workflows to enhance user experience and automate processes.
* Oversee system provisioning, configuration, and integration with other tools and platforms.
* Develop and maintain seamless integrations between IFS Applications and external systems using IFS Connect.
* Design and generate customized reports using IFS Business Reporter.
* Conduct comprehensive unit testing to ensure accurate and successful deliveries.
* Collaborate with business, functional, and support colleagues to gather business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications and delivered solutions.
* Maintain a prioritized backlog of platform, process, and application changes.
* Provide third-line technical support for system issues, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems.
* Stay current on IFS product updates and industry best practices to provide informed support.
Requirements:
* At least 3+ years of experience with IFS Applications.
* Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field) is preferred.
* Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for database development and management.
* Experience with IFS Developer Studio for customizing IFS functionalities.
* Familiarity with IFS Connect and integration platforms.
* Experience with IFS Cloud, and IFS Business Reporter for report generation is a plus.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and their architecture.
* Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.
* Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell and PL/SQL.
* Familiarity with Git, and ServiceNow is a plus.
* Understanding of ITILv3 best practices, such as Incident Management and Change Management, is preferred.
* Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
