The B2B Email Marketing Specialist oversees and executes email marketing strategy for B2B products, that includes 3 channels: email, in app notifications, pushes.
He/she is responsible for: creating the trigger emails/notifications flow; planning and implementing email/push campaigns; managing subscriber databases; creating engaging emails/pushes; and analyzing email/push campaigns performance. The B2B Email Marketing Manager purpose is to effectively reach the target audience and drive customer engagement and sales through email/notifications/pushes communication.
Responsibilities Creates the content for emails, notifications and pushes Manages the translation of emails, notifications and pushes in all project languagesEnsures user-friendly email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced featuresDesigns and implements the trigger emails/notifications flow Designs and implements emails/pushes/notifications promo campaigns and newslettersWorks with segmentation of customers databaseAnalyzes email marketing campaigns performance and suggests improvementsReports on engagement, CR and sales metrics from email marketing effortsCollaborates with other teams, such as content, design, development to enhance customer communication through email channels.
