The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of JNcQUOI Beach Club in Comporta, ensuring exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role will be key in leading the team, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing restaurant performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality service and a memorable customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team, fostering a dynamic and efficient work environment.
- Supervise reservations, guest reception, and service standards to guarantee excellence.
- Monitor operational costs, stock control, and supplier management, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare operational reports and report to the group's F&B Director.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in premium/luxury concepts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Solid understanding of cost control, P&L management, and stock control.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
