Job Description:Start Date: April 10, 2025 We are looking for Italian speakers to join our international client's team as Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a well-known small appliances brand. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and provide exceptional service. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases when necessary.Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM (Portuguese time).Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week.Includes work on bank holidays (extra payment is applicable).On-site position in Lisbon.Eligibility Requirements: Fluency in Italian (C2 and higher) and a good command of English (B2, written and spoken).Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal (possession of either one of the following is required).If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply today by sending your CV in English
