YOUR TASKS
Global commissioning of Nordex group's wind farm controller (CWE & SGCS), mostly remote.
Area of responsibility: commissioning of wind farm controller, controller interfaces and preparation of grid code testing.
Regular contact and communication with the client's experts to elaborate project-specific requirements, testing and solutions.
Gain experience in running and closing wind farm controller projects.
Support negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Testing and improving processes within the Windfarm Control Operations department together with the department leads.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Electronics, IT, telecommunications or other equivalent technical education.
Broad knowledge of wind farm controller tools and processes.
Grid operator interfaces and customer interfaces like: Hardwired, Modbus TCP, IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA, DNP3, Root cause analysis tools like Wireshark, PLC commissioning, Grid Code Testing, PCMS - Parameter Configuration and Management System.
Certificates to act as an electrically skilled person (German: Elektrofachkraft) are helpful.
Knowledge about wind turbine technologies is beneficial.
Self-responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Very good communication skills, strong planning, and organizational skills.
Fluency in German and English; Spanish and other languages are an added value.
Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams, and a team player attitude.
Willingness to go on business trips.
