What you will do
7. As IT consultant, you support your IT team colleagues on all the Loyalty topics and projects, as well as supporting our business stakeholders
8. You consult and support on our HB loyalty and reward processes (web 2.0 and web 3.0)
9. You are co-driving and ensuring future proof loyalty processes within our HUGO BOSS IT landscape on a global scale. This means to design consistent technical concepts, to support successful implementation and especially to enable successful global rollouts worldwide of the new Loyalty program
10. You are supporting, coordinating and co-managing the IT part during the tender and implementation phase of a new loyalty engine for our tech stack.
What you’ll bring
11. Strong knowledge and interest in loyalty, customer experience and customer engagement
12. Ideally experience with various relevant technologies of customer loyalty ecosystems, loyalty management platforms, web 3.0 tools, reward tools
13. Excellent communicative skills and analytical strength
14. Project management expertise
15. 5+ years of relevant work experience, proven IT background
16. Degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or related areas
17. Fluent in English
