Do you have experience in sales and an interest in developing business opportunities? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team of one of our clients, a company focused on end-to-end uniform management.
Responsabilidades
1. Actively prospect potential new clients and convert them into business opportunities;
2. Seek out new business opportunities through creative approaches to attract and close deals;
3. Support the development of the sales strategy by identifying new methods and opportunities;
4. Contribute to maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and generating new leads.
Requisitos
1. Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or further business qualification;
2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the textile, footwear, or uniform industry. International sales experience is a plus;
3. Proven skills in prospecting and negotiation, with a track record of exceeding sales targets or goals;
4. Strong commitment and results-oriented mindset;
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and creativity;
6. Fluency in English.
