You will be the primary contact between clients and our team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; - Be the main point of contact between clients and the team; - Collecting information, understanding client's design, marketing and communication needs and turning them into creative and marketing briefings to the teams; - Monitoring and guiding branding, design and marketing projects; - Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and creative trends.
Requirements - Proven experience in client management; - Prior experience working in an agency environment; - Experience with managing new business opportunities; - Experience in project management; - Native-level fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English (mandatory); - Good organization and teamwork; - Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and a high sense of responsibility; - Strategic thinking; - Capacity to evaluate creative proposals (concepts, visuals and copy); - Knowledge of digital marketing; - Values experience in marketing agencies or IT companies.
