About the Opportunity
Alcoa is seeking a Soldadora A (Vaga Afirmativa para Mulheres) to join our team at the Porto unit in São Luís – MA.
Main Responsibilities:
* Execute welding services in any position, cuts, and fillings in parts and components of equipment, sheets, and repairs of installations and structures.
* Perform welding with coated electrodes, addition and fusion welding, cuts with electrodes, and oxy-acetylene cuts.
* Interpret drawings, patterns, and work instructions.
* Execute special welds, such as: Mig, Mag, Tig, metallized/plasma, and submerged arcs, adjusting the equipment and materials for the type of service, ensuring no fatigue/breakage.
* Operate auxiliary equipment and vehicles.
* Occasionally perform mechanical maintenance services.
