On the first day of training, you will sign the training agreement, which includes information about the salary, schedule and duration of the training. The successful completion of your training will result in the work contract signature. The signing of the contract will either take place on the last day of training or on the following workday. The training period will be proportionally compensated
The training period is between 10 and 15 days and will be done in English. It has a duration of 8 hours per day.
The Role:
As a content moderator, your mission is to guarantee a safe platform where all the contents respect the community guideline. You will analyze and moderate
content posted on Social Media to determine if it violates any policy. This project includes 20+ departments, during your first day of training you will be informed for which
department within Content Moderating you will be specialized. The goal would be for each specialized department to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform while
providing a seamless experience for users.
Your Activities:

Review videos of all sorts and understand if they go against a wide range of community guidelines. If the videos violate any rules, will be tagged accordingly. This will have an impact on the scope the video will reach in the platform to make sure it’s a safe place for all users, especially the younger ones; o Besides video, Social media moderators also deal with the following topics: Audio, Comments, Links, Users, Underage, and Suggested content; o Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation.

Language
French (Native European) + English (B1) - The candidates must have a high level of French (with no accents) and fluent in English (B1) - both languages written and oral
Candidate Profile
Have Gaming knowledge and be a team player with a positive attitude
Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Previous experience in a customer service centre is an advantage, but not mandatory
Working hours
40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24h/24h.
Salary Conditions
Base salary (gross): 1097.84€ Gross + 154 EUR Net Meal allowance (paid in a meal card)
Health insurance: Since day 1
Workplace: Office in Lisbon
Type of contract: 12 months with the possibility of renewal
