Requirements
1. A Bachelor's degree or another academic degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar fields.
2. At least 3 years' experience in Recruitment and Selection.
3. Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
4. Dynamic communication skills.
5. A collaborative spirit as a team player.
6. A good working attitude and commitment.
7. Results-oriented.
