Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information
Assist customers with issues related to products, services, and accounts
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications in a professional manner
Update customer accounts and document relevant interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide informed responses to customers
Work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Native French speaker
B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Availability to work rotational shifts and maintain flexible working hours
