Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Define a transversal IAM (Identity and Access Management) strategy, collaborating with the organization's main stakeholders.
* Design, implement and manage directories and identity services.
* Implement the necessary technologies to centrally integrate identity management with the organization's systems.
* Ensure continuous improvement of processes and user experience.
* Implement application access controls, maintaining and updating directories.
* Manage access and permissions, whenever possible in an automated way.
* Resolve challenges related to IAM solutions, integrations, capabilities or functionalities of the central platform within the scope of authentication.
* Implement and maintain technology to ensure audit and privacy compliance.
* Manage projects and produce the necessary documentation to monitor them.
* Carry out tests on IAM solutions in order to ascertain which solutions best suit the company's needs and context.
* Contribute, whenever necessary, to the cybersecurity incident management process.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Information Technology.
* Professional experience of more than 4 years in implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
* Proven professional experience in project management, particularly of IAM projects.
* Experience in identifying, characterizing and managing cybersecurity risks.
* Knowledge of security technologies and the telecommunications sector is valued.
* Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
* Knowledge of English is valued.
* Good communication skills and team spirit.
* Ability to plan, organize and be rigorous.
* Autonomy and proactivity.
