IT Service Desk Support (relocation to Belgium)We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is willing to relocate to join our Client's team in Brussels, Belgium.
Eligibility: Must be EU Citizenship and be ready to pass EU Clearance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 (L1) ICT support to users through multiple interaction methods:
TelephoneIT Service Management (Ticketing) systemsE-mailOther on-site user engagementsSupport additional Service Desk functions, including:
Knowledge ManagementIT Asset ManagementManage and address incoming:
Calls via the IT Service Desk phone lineTickets in the IT Service Desk queueWalk-in queries at the IT KioskE-mails from IT Service Desk mailboxesMaintain and update IT asset management records and systems.
Create, update, and manage information resources in Knowledge Management systems.
Actively contribute to the Continual Service Improvement process.
Required Qualifications: Proven IT Service Desk experience in enterprise environments.Strong expertise in:Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office, and common enterprise desktop applications.Deployment and management of mobile computing solutions, including VPN access, remote connections, and WLAN.Performing user administration in MS Active Directory and Exchange.Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook in an MS Exchange environment.Operative use of ITIL framework.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of spoken French.ITIL v4 certification.Service Desk Analyst certification.Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.Why Join Us?
