We are recruiting a Technical Return Supervisor for Samsung, a multinational company in the Consumer Electronics sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Support to reduce Returns;
2. Monitoring and control the cost of technical returns;
3. Control of lead time and pending returns, which involves contact with the logistics operator;
4. Contact with the logistic operator and service centers for management of pending return orders;
5. Supervision of outsourced Returns supporting staff;
6. Responsibility for the operation of technical inspections at our warehouse;
7. Execution of reports related to technical returns activity;
8. Investigation of improper Dealers return charges back when requested;
9. Hold meetings with our partners and main Customers (Dealers);
10. Elaboration and updating our Policy and procedures;
11. Training and transfer Policy and Procedures of the area to our Service centers;
12. Interaction and support improvement of administrative processes of technical returns team (Root Cause Analysis);
13. Monitoring and validation of billing services from our partners;
14. Contract dealer revision on Dealers agreements;
15. Whenever necessary support revision of agreements or contracts with our partners;
16. Support and tests necessary in the case of implementation of new IT platforms of program changes.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree in management or similar, so that can prepare metrics and KPI reports;
2. Advanced Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
3. Fluency in English (mandatory);
4. Analytical ability.
