Job Title:
Vendor Support Officer
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the payments lead in achieving team objectives and assist in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Take the initiative to solve problems or inefficiencies, proposing suggestions for improvement and collaborating with team members to implement solutions.
* Schedule meetings with RTR solution lead to provide status updates on the work.
* Effectively communicate with vendors and other departments to address and clarify vendor concerns.
* Provide prompt responses to vendor inquiries and concerns regarding invoice disputes.
* Identify different stakeholders and coordinate with different teams to resolve queries or disputes.
* Follow up with relevant stakeholders to expedite resolution to queries.
* Maintain an inviting ecosystem and represent STG in all external and internal communication for vendor management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement in dispute resolution to enhance efficiency.
* Ensure precise and accurate resolution of invoice disputes, minimizing errors and rework.
Requirements:
* Total relevant experience of 1-3 years.
* Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
* Decision making.
