Job Description The Tech Stack We Build With We are building web applications sharing the same backend API.
On the backend, we use Java 21, with RxJava, Vert.x, and Spring Boot.
On the frontend, we use Angular 17, Typescript, and NgRx.
Our test setup is supported by Playwright, Cypress, k6, Junit and Testcontainers.
Our database is on MongoDB, and we cache with Redis.
Our infrastructure is supported on Azure and managed with Terraform plus Kubernetes.
Your contribution to something big: We are optimizing the way how heating systems are managed, operated, and maintained by providing knowledge and tools for our customers to reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption in heating systems.
As an Agile Master, are you ready to lead teams and organizations in scaling agile practices to new heights?
Do you have the expertise to guide teams through transformation while ensuring alignment and delivery at scale?
You will be instrumental in implementing agile frameworks and scaling strategies, enabling teams and organizations to achieve operational excellence.
You'll play a crucial role by fostering collaboration, coach teams, and creating a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring smooth delivery at scale.
On a typical day you will: Facilitate Agile Processes : Lead ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency and collaboration Coach Teams and Leaders : Mentor teams and leadership on agile principles, fostering a mindset that supports agility and adaptability at scale.
Guide teams in adopting and scaling agile frameworks such as LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Kanban or any other that can give an extra booster to the team.
Align Strategy with Execution : Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment between strategic objectives and team-level execution.
Drive Continuous Improvement : Use metrics such as flow efficiency, velocity, and cycle time to assess performance and implement improvements.
Promote Agile Culture : Champion agile values across the organization to support cross-team collaboration and innovation.
Share knowledge with teammates .
Qualifications What distinguishes you: These are the areas where your experience will help us: Experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in environments using scaled agile practices by implementing and scaling agile frameworks across multiple teams or departments.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
Expertise in using agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for scaled team management.
Proven ability to align multiple teams and stakeholders toward common goals.
Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
You love to build products with a team and learn every day.
