We are looking for a talented and accomplished Human Resources Generalist to join our Lisbon HR team.
As a HR Generalist, your daily responsibilities will include
* Supporting all HR processes in our Lisbon office including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
* Managing relationships with local teams (recruiting, facilities, IT)
* Acting as the liaison between employees and cross-functional teams (IT, Facilities, HR Operations) to address onsite needs
* Providing guidance on employment contracts, payroll processes in coordination with HR Policies
* Serving as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns
* Supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, and workplace conflict resolution
* Conducting HR orientations and facilitating the integration of new employees into the company
To succeed in the role, you will need to have
* Native level of Portuguese (C2) both verbal and written
* Native or proficient level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
* Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills
* A motivated and enthusiastic personality
* Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
* Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
* Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
* Able to follow guidelines and instructions
* Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
* Facilitator and influencing skills

* Experience with policy work
* Early adopter of technology
* Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
* Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels
* Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
* Availability to work Hybrid model from our Lisbon office, 2 days working from home per week
Education and experience
* Experience as HR Generalist, People Operations or Administrative roles
* Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and HR best practices - mandatory
