Job Requirements
Application Production Support Technician
We are seeking a skilled Application Production Support Technician for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week). Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting back-office users in their day-to-day work, troubleshooting issues, and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and problems.
* Performing first-level incident investigation and serving as the single point of contact for user-related topics.
* Coordinating different actors when addressing transversal issues and understanding business issues and impacts.
* Continuous training on Business knowledge to maintain high service levels.
Requirements:
* Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.
* Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
* ServiceNow / ticketing tools.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
