The Opportunity We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to join our growing team of recruitment professionals. Your Impact As a Partner at JOlivier, you will drive business development, lead complex executive search and talent acquisition assignments, and contribute to the firm's continued growth and market leadership in recruitment. Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our executive search client base across your regionBuild and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives and board members at leading financial institutions seeking recruitment servicesLead complex executive search and talent acquisition assignments from inception to completionPartner with clients to understand their strategic direction and translate business needs into compelling talent intelligence solutionsAdvise clients on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development as part of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategyLeverage industry knowledge and talent intelligence to identify and attract exceptional leadership talentConduct thorough candidate assessments and prepare comprehensive evaluation materials using our proprietary executive search methodologyNegotiate compensation packages and facilitate successful offer acceptancesContribute to the firm's intellectual capital and market positioning in the executive recruitment spaceMentor and develop junior recruitment team membersQualifications Proven track record of successful business development, financial services executive search and talent acquisitionEstablished network of senior relationships within the financial services industry and the broader recruitment communityDemonstrated business development capabilities and a history of client retention in executive searchOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at the board and C-Suite levelStrategic talent intelligence mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredExperience with modern talent acquisition tools and methodologiesWhy JOlivier & Partners?
