About the Role
1. Support in planning the IT budget for the IT infrastructure.
2. Conception and adaptation of the FinOps strategy to the IT infrastructure.
3. Optimization of IT cost transparency within the IT infrastructure.
4. Content development of cost management strategies (on-premise/cloud) and preparation of cost analyses and reports.
5. Interface between IT controlling and the IT infrastructure specialist groups.
Requirements
1. Commercial training or comparable qualifications.
2. Solid knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure.
3. Several years of professional experience in FinOps and cloud cost management.
4. Analytical thinking and good understanding of numbers.
5. Excellent knowledge of English.
6. Structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
7. Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cost management strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of IT costs and expenses.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize IT infrastructure and reduce costs.
