This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Head of Global Influencer Marketing. You will be responsible for building and driving a performance-focused influencer strategy that boosts growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement a global influencer marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 influencer marketing specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Performance Optimization: Shape the global influencer strategy, defining best practices and a framework to empower E-Commerce teams in driving measurable results across markets.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and implement strategies for optimization and scaling.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader performance marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
* Experience: 8+ years in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
* Performance Focus: Proven track record of driving measurable growth through influencer partnerships.
* Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
* Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
