Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Specialist will be:
Identify, reply and solve customer's requests via phone, email and chat
Providing professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails
Troubleshooting any malfunctions in the digital services
Correcting data such as GPS location, drivers data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.
Guaranteeing clients satisfaction and high level of quality
Ensuring and participate in the success of the department
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You are a native Dutch or Flemish speaker with good English
You have an affinity or interest for the automotive industry
You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help
You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
You are able to work in fast-paced environments and have a professional attitude
You are a real team player and enjoy working in multicultural environments
What's in it for you?
A full-time job, 40 hours a week
Salary: 1200€ gross per month x 14 salaries per year + performance-related bonus up to €200 monthly
Schedule: available to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 9AM and 9PM
