This is what our heart beats for: "empowering ideas". How you'll make an impact Ensure the CRM remains a reliable source of truth for the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.
Define and monitor key sales metrics & KPIs to support decision-making, strategic alignment and provide insightful reporting to give leadership a clear view of sales performance and trends.
Train and onboard sales teams to maximize CRM adoption and ensure data integrity.
Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and ensure sales opportunity data is up-to-date and reliable.
Develop and refine KPIs that reflect sales performance, future projections and provide clear reports and dashboards to track trends and identify improvement areas.
Support Market Units with customized dashboards, reporting tools and assist Practice teams in managing market and sales activities effectively.
Lead/assist onboarding and training for new sales team members and continuously improve training materials to drive better CRM adoption and data accuracy.
What is important to us Proven experience in CRM, sales processes (B2B) and the ability to define sales metrics & KPIs for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), basic knowledge of data models and analytics is an advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to train and onboard sales teams effectively.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive independently in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management is a strong advantage.
