To ensure timely delivery of quality products, optimize costs, and maintain strong partnerships to support business goals and operations.
Manage purchasing activities to secure the best conditions (prices, lead times) and implement cost-saving measures;Coordinate supply requirements across departments, sourcing locally and globally, negotiating terms, placing orders, and resolving order issues;Manage supplier contracts, monitor performance (KPIs like on-time delivery), and identify improvements;Provide status reports, manage purchase orders and contracts, expand the supplier base, and negotiate contract adjustments;Identify opportunities for improvement, support business units, and handle special tasks or projects.

3+ years of experience in procurement/buyer level and knowledge of material processes, basic knowledge of supply chain and law desirable;Bachelor's degree in Business administration, economics or international business;Experience in an aviation environment is an advantage;Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills;Very good computer skills (MS-Office), SAP is an advantage;Strong interpersonal & communication skills;Strong organizational & multitasking skills;Excellent problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills;Flexibility & adaptabilit;Occasional travel may be required.
