Responsibilities:
1. Providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails)
2. Starting your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
3. Providing support to users, offering solutions, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner
4. Communicating in Hebrew every day
5. Having the constant support of your team leader and the entire team

1. Advanced spoken and written Hebrew skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
2. Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
3. Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
4. Ability to generate empathy in written form

6. Customer orientation and troubleshooting
7. Ability to manage time and meet goals
