Customer Service Agent Opportunity

Your Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for hotel guests via phone
* Processing written enquiries and requests
* Providing advice to hotel guests through various communication channels
* Carrying out daily arrival and departure checks
* Verifying reservations and incoming payments
What We Offer:
1. Type of contract: Employment Term Contract (12 months, renewable)
2. Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm)
3. Salary conditions:
* Option 1: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,221.55 gross/month
* Option 2: Excluding accommodation: €1,586.05 gross/month

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native level of German and good level of English
