We're growing fast, and we're looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to drive sales in Spanish-speaking markets, with a strong focus on LATAM .
What you'll be doing Lead full-cycle B2B sales of integrated drone systems (hardware + software) Manage direct and partner sales, build channel relationships Grow new and existing accounts across Spanish-speaking countries Use modern tools to drive outbound: CRM, automation, social selling, email Collaborate closely with marketing, product and tech teams Stay plugged into industry trends and customer feedback Who we're looking for 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, hardware, software (SaaS), drone, or geospatial space Fluent in Spanish + English (C1+) You've worked with LATAM clients or partners, and know how to navigate those markets You're comfortable hunting for leads, running demos, closing deals Confident with CRM tools and managing your pipeline Bonus: experience in mining, construction, geophysical or hydrography sectors Degree in tech/engineering field preferred Work-time setup Remote role Our team works on Latvian time (GMT+3), so we ask for 4-5 hours of daily real-time overlap for smooth collaboration We offer: €3,000 + /month base compensation (via B2B contract) Generous uncapped bonuses based on generated revenue, paid quarterly (no upper limit) 20 fully paid working days off per year + sick leave Health insurance (if available in your location) Full onboarding, product training, and marketing support Work with innovative drone tech in a growing global industry Friendly, down-to-earth team with a "get things done" mindset Real room to grow into a key commercial leader Feel free to send your CV to ****** - we'd love to hear from you!
