As an Indirect Sourcing Senior Specialist, you will play a strategic role in managing the procurement of goods and services not directly involved in production, including categories such as IT, MRO, Logistics, professional services, Facilities, Capex, Travel etc.
You will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation while aligning procurement strategies with company goals.
This role requires advanced expertise in indirect sourcing and strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the company maximizes value from its indirect spend.
Key Responsibilities: Category Management: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings, quality and service improvements.Conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost optimization, and supplier rationalization.Benchmark market trends to ensure competitiveness and leverage opportunities for continuous improvements. Supplier Management: Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers for indirect procurement categories, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews, implementing corrective actions where necessary. RFQ/P/T, Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, including pricing, service levels, etc.Drive RFQ/P/T, build comparison table and supplier selection rationalFollow up until delivery/completion of services.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in a timely manner. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Point of contact for internal stakeholders across departments such as IT, HR, Facilities etc.

Operational Excellence & Compliance: Monitor procurement processes and KPIs.Implement tools and systems to provide visibility, reporting, and control of indirect spend.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal and external regulatory requirements in all sourcing activities. Team Development: Mentor and train junior team members in indirect procurement processes, tools, and strategies.Provide leadership and support for the resolution of complex procurement challenges. Market Insights and Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments, supplier innovations, and cost drivers in indirect spend categories.Conduct data-driven analyses to inform sourcing decisions and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.5-7 years of experience negotiating indirect categories, specially Facilities, Capex for Engineering.
IT, MRO, Logistics, professional services, Travel are a plus;Demonstrated expertise in indirect category management, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, procurement software and data analysis tools,Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
