As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes in the IT area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing recruitment processes in the IT area;
* Managing and publishing adverts with opportunities;
* Sourcing and identifying candidates;
* Conducting interviews and preparing interview reports.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar field;
* At least 2 years of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
* Previous experience working for companies in the IT sector;
* Experience with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter;
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
* Resilience;
* Good time management and ability to handle multiple objectives;
* Dynamism and proactivity;
* A good level of English proficiency.
