**Job Title:** Credit Risk Agent
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Risk Agent to join our team in Lisbon, driving process improvement and promoting the development of Agile methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and manage credit and financial risks related to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Interact with insurance companies and review communication.Develop strategies to mitigate credit risk and enhance client relationships' financial health.Analyse client financial data with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for risk assessment.Streamline credit risk processes using Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Lead initiatives for digital transformation in credit risk management, leveraging technology to enhance data analysis and reporting.Foster an Agile culture within the organisation by implementing best practices and methodologies that promote collaboration across departments.Conduct training sessions and workshops on credit risk management practices and Lean principles.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness in credit risk management.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and My DSO Manager is a plus.**Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in credit risk management or financial analysis, preferably in energy/power, industrial, and/or multinational industries.Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Agile practices.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in credit risk management software and digital tools.Certifications like Certified Credit Risk Manager (CCRM) or Lean Six Sigma Certification are a plus.**Benefits:
