ROLE TITLE: Invoicing & Service / Sales Admin.
Located in Torres Vedras, Portugal, this position is part of the Finance department in the Europa - Portugal region.
This role reports directly to the Sales/Service Admin & Invoicing Manager Iberia and is responsible for managing machine orders for Portugal both locally and internationally, ensuring proper control in the system and timely delivery/invoicing of equipment. This includes coordinating between the sales team, logistics department, and invoicing.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for controlling orders to the factory of small counting and sorting machines, supporting the Commercial Director and sales team, preparing necessary sales reports, calculating and controlling the payment of commissions, sales forecasts, and other tasks related to sales administration.
All responsibilities are carried out within the framework of established company procedures and ensure compliance with internal control points.

* Prepare invoices to customers.

* Variety of administrative work, reports.
* Dealing with clients.
* Support tasks for the Portuguese Service Administration/Commercial department.
Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum.
