Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd and 3rd line of support
* Participate in task automation process
* Communicate with technical teams
* Build and update documentation
* Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and tools
* Analyze and resolve incidents and problems
* Analyze and resolve vulnerabilities
* Offer 24/7 on-call support
* Implement, migrate, administer, and support multi-technology platforms
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
* Familiarity with Microsoft environments
* Familiarity with IT best practice standards/tools such as ITIL and ISO20000
* Experience with scripting language Powershell
* Experience with Active Directory
* GPOS creation, implementation, and management
* Native or fluent Portuguese speaker
* Residency in Portugal (Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card)
