* Owning the EU Marketing Technology Stack: Work with global teams to drive efficiency and standardization.
* Execute Advanced Marketing Strategies: Implement dynamic content via email and digital channels.
* Optimize Campaign Performance: Manage marketing activities and performance with tools like Asana and Percolate.
* Integrate New Tools: Lead AI tools and automation technology integration.
* Monitor and Improve Performance: Collaborate with analytical teams to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
* Ensure Marketing Compliance: Oversee compliance with GDPR and regional regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align digital strategies with business goals.
Requirements
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading marketing technology teams.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
* Scalable Email Marketing: Proven success in B2B email campaigns across markets.
* Data Knowledge: Experience managing data sets, audience segmentation, and cloud solutions.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate under tight deadlines.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization.
* Tech Curiosity: Passion for emerging technologies, with AI implementation experience.
* Vendor Management: Experience with marketing technology vendors.
* Regional Marketing Understanding: Experience managing marketing across European countries.
