Our IT Division (Group Information Technology) is looking for a Incident Response Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira,
Ready for challenges that matter?
The main missions of the role are to :
1. Provide assistance/expertise to Level 2 and Level 3 Incident Response
2. Monitoring & troubleshooting of security platforms and debugging of any issue
3. Documenting procedures and processes related to Incident Response operations
4. Verification and triage of the requested tickets, or emails, related to operations and implementation;
5. Assist with the management of the entire landscape of the cybersecurity focusing on some of the following domains :SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Digital Forensics, IT, OT
6. Assessment, preparation and request for implementation of security infrastructure changes;
7. Updating all relevant documentation related to the protection of the Information Systems (inventories, classifications, etc.)
8. Suggesting changes aiming at optimizing the operation of Incident Response solutions and procedures
9. Communicate with technical stakeholders all across the globel for improving Incident Response coverage
